Capitalism is an important cornerstone of our country. At one point the American dream was to start a small business and grow it, allowing those in the lower and middle classes the chance for economic prosperity. In our society today this dream has been changed to start a small business in the hopes that it gets bought up by the mega-corporations that control our politicans, our elections, our laws, and finances. When a few mega-corporations control so much it results in anti-competitive behavior and hurts the capitalistic foundations that helped grow our economy to be so strong. Please expand the Sherman Anti-Trust act of 1890 to include a definition of too-big-to-fail institutions so that small businesses can once again have a chance to buoy the foundation of what made country great.
