Expanding upon the suggestion of VP Biden, and in clear bi-partisan agreement, that the solution to reducing firearm violence is in fact, MORE guns, let the Executive issue an order placing at least a double barreled shotgun into the hands of every American.
Once fulfilled, the issue of abuse of firearms will be settled immediately when and where it may begin, as the inequality between victim and criminal will be instantly eliminated.
