We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Expand the veterans Post 9/11 caregiver program to all veterans.

Created by J.W. on January 11, 2017

There have been many attempts to expand the Caregiver programs from just the post 9/11 veterans to all veterans all of which have died in the senate or congress. This petition is to tell the current congress and senate to make Bills and legislation that concern our veterans the MOST important. Especially expanding the Caregiver programs. What makes any era of veterans different from one another? Many of the Pre - 9/11 veterans from Vietnam, Korea, the Persian Gulf, etc are being cared for by their family and or friends who take care of our veterans. Many spouses face the tough choice to put their loved ones into a nursing home and get a job to make ends meet. Or stay at home and care for their veteran and scrape every penny to make ends meet. This is not right they need equality
