We the People demand that all levels of the government, civil servants, military, and law enforcement be required to attend a collage course dealing with the Constitution and its Bill of Rights, and the understanding and comprehension of every aspect of the People's Constitution and its meaning at the time of its creation. And must pass an extensive exam similar to a bar exam. Those mentioned above MUST be held to their oath regarding and upholding of We the People's Constitution and its Bill of Rights. If failure to uphold the People's Constitutional laws and Amendments they MUST be held to prosecution as well in the event they deliberately attempt and proven as so, to bypass its laws and amendments for personal, global, corporate, or financial gains.
