This petition is intended to help expedite the process of the Department of Defense to draft specific language and requirements necessary to enable military law enforcement personnel to conceal carry. It is also intended to help speed up the DoD implementation of the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act/ HR 218. Doing so would further the original purpose of LEOSA to help ensure public safety.
