We the people of California who have civll rights, want state have the right to transparency under law. When we are told by a Representative, Devin Nunez (R) states that the reason our city and county is having its dispensaries closed is because crime is on the rise.. Dispensaries, legal patient growers, raided, and patients terrorized when they are within the bounds of the law. Does government growers get raided? As patients we feel violated for a non criminal act for a quality of life. Law enforcement has known this to be an illegal drug for sometime. Citizens couldn't believe they got what they voted for?
