Nidal Hasan committed the act of terror at Ft Hood over 3 years ago but has yet to be put on trial. His victims await justice. His victims are not survivors and victims of a "workplace violence". . it was a premeditated full on attack on unarmed people at a military instillation. It is time for them to have justice and for him to stop collecting his government payroll check, pay for his crime and answer to the charges.
