This petition is very important to a free America. College Electoral Voting can be bought and paid for by political parties. It is not fair to the American people if the candidate with the most CEV wins. Why even cast an election? There should be an amendment to the Constitution giving one vote to every legal U.S. resident and ending College Electoral Voting.
