Expel college rapists, and provide suspension to campus sexual assault offenders

Created by S.M. on March 29, 2016

More and more women are becoming victims, and they receive no justice. One in four female college students will experience sexual assault on campus, yet only 13% of guilty offenders are expelled from their institution. There is usually no punishment for causing someone harm from molestation. Removing those found guilty of such a crime would make statistics change for the better, because of the larger size of the punishment. Whether the laws make it difficult for guilty people to be convicted, women do not report it, or students do not get expelled, there is a very little chance that the felon gets any negative repercussions from their crime. There needs to be consequences for the perpetrator because the victims are currently facing ramification.
