expel from congress NY Representative Michael Grimm for threatening a reporter with bodily injury.

During a television interview following President Obama's State of the Union Address on January 28th, 2014, NY Representative Michael Grimm threatened a reporter with bodily harm for asking legitimate questions regarding a federal investigation in to his fund raising. His threat, laced with profanity, included breaking the reporter in half and throwing him off a balcony. The entire incident was recorded on camera and included clear audio of the threats and can easily be found on the web. This disturbing incident occurred in the Cannon House Office Building, part of the Capitol complex. We cannot allow members of congress to threaten anyone for asking legitimate questions regarding their behavior.
