The former Confederate slave states of the American South have a history not only rebellion, but also racism, bigotry, and oppression against people of color, homoexuals, the transgendered, non-Christians, the undocumented and other historically disadvantaged groups. Their values are totally incompatible with the modern, progressive world. The United States of America should divorce itself from all association with these people and thus overnight become an even more prosperous, enlightened and forward-thinking country. Cast them out!
