As a world leader, it is our duty as a nation to speak out and defend those that can't defend themselves. Uganda passed horrible discriminatory laws today violating the basic human rights of homosexuals. Gays can be given life in prison and those that fail to report gays can be given prison sentences. We have to show that this type of violations are not acceptable.
