This petition is an attempt to move Congress to enact legislation to revoke the statehood of California. The state legislature and elected representatives from the state of California consistently and purposely work to undermine the Constitutional rights and liberties of their own citizenry and U.S. citizens on a national scale. For this reason California should no longer be included as a member of our Constitutional Republic as it does not reflect our core values as a nation.
