expel the states of Texas and Florida from the union.

This petition is requested for the following reasons: If granted It will 1) significantly raise the average IQ of the United States; 2) create a situation where no one from those states are eligible to hold any federal office; 3) significantly lower the incidents and collateral damage due to unrestrained (even encouraged) insanity in the United States; 4) provide the country with more protection (via Homeland Security and Immigration laws) from these states and their radical idiocratic ideas; 5) help decrease (to an albeit small degree) further graft and corruption in Washington; 6) add to the general welfare and morale of the people of the United States; and 7) stop their constant whining.
