We The People, feel that it is the job of our House of Representives, to represent the needs of the People. Congressmen and Senators alike have failed our nations economy. Therefore We insist that by executive order, or popular vote of the People of this Nation to enact legislation to reform our current government. Congressmen, or Senators during their term(s) that cannot pass a balanced budget, are to be expelled from their positions at the end of their present term(s), and not be eligable for re-election.
