Expell the state of Florida from the United States of America

I petition the President to expell the State of Florida from the United States of America because they are constantly sacrificing people to make a point such as the receint court ruling that a man must spend 13 years in prison for forcing a sex mate to swallow a morning after pill. If she chose to become a parent she may and he must become one as well and this is not just and fair by the constitution and they know it! If she chose to have an abortion or take a morning after pill he could not refuse her and force her to become a parent but the whole control of parenthood is in her hands because she owns her own body and his as well as far as parenthood issues are concerned. And Florida is a smart assed State always pulling this sort of thing!
