To expend my real grievences in one place. Facebook has no customer service. Googles Chromecast sucks. Who do I yell to?

I feel like a product. Facebook and Google have NO method of grievance for their users.

We are the products, hence why there are no FAQs, or "Contact Us' areas in either of these entities.

Would like a central place to express public grievances. For one, Google Chromecast (a nationally bound product) does not stream videos from a users a desktop. COMPLETELY false pretenses.
