Let the Bush tax cuts expire for all. We won't gain much from the Republicans by having to bargain for the middle class tax increases to be excluded. We can, however, find other ways to create stimulus for the middle class. Also, the right won't be able to argue that it is unfair for the rich. The deficit probably requires all of us to pay more anyway.
