Expire the PTC as scheduled 12/31/12. No more wind industry tax breaks or incentives! Let the industry stand on it's own

"want the PTC to expire as scheduled at the end of December/ DO NOT include in any tax extender package, not even as a phase-out." The wind industry is destroying the US, it is NOT cost effective! Wind energy per KW is more than double other resources such as "clean coal" and nuclear energy. You are forcing the consumers to pay more for electricity. Property values in the US within a 2 mile radius are going down up to 40%! You are destroying communities over industrial wind turbines, neighbors are fighting and suing over this issue! The decommissioning costs to tear down an industrial wind turbine is roughly $200,000! The tax payers will once again suffer when they must be tore down! Wind Turbines are violating rights to our neighboring properties due to eminent domain laws!
