Explain per 42 U S C 1983 Karen Campbell/sons were gangraped/poisoned/tortured/et by US military/doctors/govt since '00

Karen's arrival to the Antelope Valley from Texas in August 2012 included numerous men approaching her telling their military status. After the torture/harassment of being approached and spooked, she made a police report to Temecula PD, then to San Diego Naval Base and FBI in October 2012, then Murrietta PD (2013) (RE:GANG RAPE by U S Naval Chief David_____and others in 2006 when Karen came to ,screaming from excruciating back pain as she tried to stretch out her naked body w/ her butt near the foot of bed in Murrietta home. In about 2000, Karen had tiny scabs on the lower portions of her legs and is convinced she was intravenously drugged/raped numerous times by Charles Brown whom gets paid by USNavy. Went to urgent care diagnosed with anal herpes/never had anal sex awake/son almost died
