explain how can the Federal Gov't hold a patent for cannabis, grow it, mail as a medicine but still have it be Schedule1

The Federal Gov't thru the Dept. of Health & Human Services has a patent on Cannabis for medicinal uses.

The gov''t grows cannabis @ Ole' Miss, manufactures marijuana joint and ships them to patients as "medicine" under a Federal Court Order.

How can it be DEA Schedule 1?

DEA: High potential for risk & abuse and no medicinal value.

It's hypocritical.
