Explain how innocent people's rights will not be infringed if the No-Fly List is used to prevent gun purchases.

Created by K.B. on December 07, 2015

Mr. President, you have stated "Congress should act to make sure no one on a no-fly list is able to buy a gun. What could possibly be the argument for allowing a terrorist suspect to buy a semiautomatic weapon?"
Here is my augment. Someone can be put on the no fly list without being notified, and without having any chance to rebut one's accuser. For something as vague as an "credible accusation" or social media post.
The watch list is a secret process, with no access to Due Process. This process does identify possible terrorists, but it also has had very public examples of innocent people being falsely added. People merely had the same name as a terrorist.
There must be a better solution than one that would most definitely lead to innocent citizens be denied a Constitution right.
