explain how the President justifies violating the 4th amendment with the Prism Program conducted by the NSA.

This petition's purpose is to ask President Obama how he justifies the most expansive government-sponsored violation of American citizens' Constitutional Rights (under the 4th amendment) in the history of the United States of America. To wit, The NSA is, without warrant or probable cause, searching and seizing phone records, emails, and other private information from millions of citizens. We ask the President to remember that the charges against President Richard Nixon included searching and seizing private files and other information about those on Nixon's enemies list, and to explain how and why the Prism program is not a crime similar to that impeachable offense committed by President Nixon. We ask that President Obama how Prism is not a violation of the Presidential Oath of Office.
