Explain how Social Security is different that a Ponzi scheme and allowed to continue under Federal law?

Created by D.G. on January 27, 2016

Social Security has become the very definition of a Ponzi Scheme:
A fraudulent investment operation where the operator, an individual or organization, pays returns to its investors from new capital paid to the operators by new investors, rather than from profit earned by the operator.

This is illegal under Federal Statutes therefore a tax levied in violation of the law.

Understanding that Social Security benefits cannot be cut as millions of Americans depend on this, I request a plan for the country to disband the largest Ponzi Scheme in history. Explain how we cannot set tiers for cutoff dates for benefits.

Such as citizens within 20 years of retirement get full benefits, 20 years or more get no benefits other than tax free retirement savings. Scale down SSI tax based on age.
