Explain how they can deny the will of the people in matters of Importance to the People. i.e Marijuana reform.

Created by J.A. on December 31, 2012

We ask the Obama administration to explain to the people in plain English where they receive their power to deny the will of the people. Using marijuana reform only as an example, the people of Washington and Colorado voted 55% to leagalize marijuana, Oregon voted 47%. States continue to make laws that fly in the face of Federal Government, and the Federal Government continues to to hold their position. This is your position on Marijuana reform https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/response/what-we-have-say-about-legaliz...

If the states continue to legalize medical marijuana, and recreational use, and pass other laws that contradict the Federal Government, what is the Governments plan to enact the will of the people?
