explain how you can be serious about Privacy Reform while having that reform panel report directly to James Clapper?

Created by M.V. on August 14, 2013

James Clapper, Director of National Intelligence at the NSA, should not be in charge of any review board inquiring into possible constitution violations by his own agency. This is the same man that lied to Congress regarding the NSA's spying on US citizens.

The right thing to do for America is to have a truly independent board consisting of representatives of the people review the NSA programs to look for violations of the US Constitution. Keep your oath to protect the Constitution and do the right thing for the American people.
