I have noticed that "FOX NEWS" is unlike any other news network I have ever encountered. I would like to know why "FOX NEWS" is allowed to broadcast as a news network when they continuously choose to misrepresent information in manner that is in my opinion equivalent to "fraud." On countless occasion their "facts" have been not only disputed, but proven unequivocally false by official sources, or experts. Almost all of their broadcasts encompass anecdotal reasoning. FOX NEWS misrepresents facts about the president, the constitution, published reports of every variety, and so on. They have not given any of their programming the title of comedic, so I would like to know how they are still allowed to broadcast as a news network under these ongoing circumstances.
