Health care is USA eats away 20% of its GDP. This is higher than what the next 10 top spending countries are spending on healthcare.
The patients without insurance are being arbitrarily charged high fees. These charges have no basis for being so high. There is no set regulation about how a patient can be charged for a particular medical service.
