Explain what happened to the $10B in U.S. Aid Pledged to Haiti after the earthquake? Haitians are still suffering.

This petition is to ask the Obama administration to answer the question as to what happened to the $10 billion promised to Haiti after the 2010 earthquake. Haiti continues to suffer the effects of the earthquake five years later. Our tax dollars were promised to help and assist our neighbor in this hemisphere (Haiti) and we would like an accounting of what happened to the $10 Billion and when will this (Obama) administration take action on behalf of Haitian Americans and all Americans to help our neighbors in the
Caribbean.
