Explain why 4 Americans were allowed to be killed in Benghazi instead of acting on intel reports provided5 days earlier.

A U.S Ambassador and 3 U.S. personnel were killed on 911 in an attack on the U.S. embassy in Benghazi. To date, there has not been an accurate discription of the events that transpired on this sad day. All fingers pointed to a poorly crafted 20 min video clip on youtube for causing this well organized and coordinated attack. This successful Al Qaeda attack against American personnel clearly demonstrated that our current administration was either lacking motivation to act upon intelligence information provided to it days earlier or it didn't care. There are 4 families missing loved ones tonight. Therefore, why was the Obama administration impotent in confronting Al Qaeda? Can we expect more American families to endure loosing loved ones due to an impotent administration?
