The U.S started an embargo against Cuba in 1960, after the Batista regime was disposed, which continued through the Cuban missile crisis, and all of the Cold War. However, now the Cold War is over, and the Cuban people have no reason, or desire to harm any American citizens, the American Government, or American way of life, yet still the embargo has only gotten stricter, not only preventing Americans from doing business in, or with Cuba, but also foreign branches of American companies.
I would like the Obama Administration to address why this embargo continues, when it seems to do more harm than good.
