Explain why Americans 4th Amend. rights are being completely disregarded by NSA's domestic espionage of phone records

Created by J.R. on June 06, 2013

It has recently come to light that the NSA has been seizing phone records from Verizon customers in a huge, sweeping net affecting millions upon millions of ordinary law abiding citizens. The information they are able to collect includes everything from who you speak to, for how long and what your location was at the time of the call. This is a major invasion of our privacy and an outragous afront to our 4th Amendment right which protects us from an unlawful search and seizure. Unless there is probable cause that you in some way pose a national security risk or in some way are conspiring to break some law there is no reason why your phone records should be seized. A proper explanation and reason should be given and WE THE PEOPLE demand it!
