Obama in his crazy crusade to attact the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution has failed to explain why in States and Cities with the strictest gun laws has the highest gun crime percentage. Why is is that gun crime increased 65% in Massachusetts after the 1998 legislation was passed? Why does Chicago have one of the highest gun crime statistics even with their strict laws on guns?
