The Electronic Frontier Foundation claims that a Customs and Border Protection memo revealed that they plan to "sharply increase the number of Predator drones it flies and the amount of surveillance [and] has considered equipping its Predators with 'non-lethal weapons designed to immobilize' targets of interest."
This clearly needs to be commented on by the administration. If armed drones are to be used domestically by Federal forces, it seems crucial that the American people be involved in the dialogue leading up to that decision.
