The purpose of this petition is to have the White House explain why the Department of Homeland Security is set to purchase 1.6 billion rounds of ammo, some of which has been banned in war.
While the DHS only uses 15 million rounds a year for training, this would give the DHS a 100 year stockpile, at the same time that a national gun conversation is going on
