A petition for full disclosure by this administration as to why 450 million rounds of 147 grain ammunition has been purchased by the DHS since March of 2012 while on the other had considering the use of Executive Order pertaining to firearm regulations. It would seem that if the average American citizen is to be regulated that the various Federal agencies would follow suit.
