Hillary Clinton has provably committed perjury, lying both to the American people and to the investigators of the case regarding her mishandling of classified information via a private email server. James Comey himself testified of it when questioned by Trey Gowdy on July 7, 2016:
By Comey's own admission, many of Clinton's under-oath claims were indicated to have been false. He confirmed that false exculpatory statements are used "either for a substantive prosecution or evidence of intent in a criminal prosecution."
If his decision "is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions," Why, then, is Clinton not facing consequences?
