Explain why Hillary Clinton will not face any charges after having been found guilty of actions criminalized in the past

Created by S.P. on July 06, 2016

The entire County watched in relative surprise as the FBI informed the world that Hillary Clinton would not be facing charges.

After that announcement was made the AG's office released a statement only a day later, that the case would be closed and that no further questions were necessary.

The American people would like to know:

a) Why Loretta was allowed to pursue such a quick close to the case when so many questions still loomed?

b) In spite of the FBI's official recommendation not to press charges, why critical qualifying questions were not asked by Loretta as a method of due diligence concerning methodology and conclusion in the case when she has been willing to push past prior decisions in many cases throughout her tenure?

Democrats and Republicans are equally confused.
