explain why it does not support free speech via satire.

Created by J.M. on February 04, 2013

The White House staff recently released a photo of President Obama skeet shooting with this warning:

"This official White House photograph is being made available only for publication by news organizations and/or for personal use printing by the subject(s) of the photograph. The photograph may not be manipulated in any way and may not be used in commercial or political materials, advertisements, emails, products, promotions that in any way suggests approval or endorsement of the President, the First Family, or the White House."

This has been taken as a warning to the public not to photoshop this photo that was government created. Satire is protected free speech, especially of government officials. We ask the White House to recant this warning and reaffirm it support of free speech.
