We tend to shoot people with bullets to deter violent behavior. We tend to tranquilize animals to deter violent animals.
I would like an explanation as to why we do not tranquilize violent people. I understand that under certain extreme conditions one must shoot to kill. However, under most circumstance were could tranquilize the rational animals (humans) and let them sleep it off.
Also, why not shoot the animals, at lest we can eat them or feed the meat to our other animals that are not violent.
However, the main point of this petition is to stop the shooting of rational animals.
