"nor shall any person...
"be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law...."
The Obama administration has authorized the assassination of U.S. citizens, and other people around the world, by military and intelligence forces in covert operations, as by missile strikes from unmanned aerial drones, and thus has apparently forced them to answer with their lives for suspected capital or otherwise infamous crimes, yet has not convened or presented the indictment of a Grand Jury as to their probable culpability, and has therefore deprived them of life without due process of law.
