explore the idea of a voter being able to cast a negative vote in elections instead of simply a positive vote.

Created by M.H. on February 04, 2016

To increase voter turnout, we could explore permitting people to cast a vote against a candidate instead of being forced to vote for someone. There are so many instances where someone doesn't want one candidate but that shouldn't mean that they are forced to support the other party so that their vote isn't wasted. The option of expanding a voter's rights in this fashion might be the next step in the evolution of democracy worldwide.
