Explore options that would seek to reform the appointment process for United States Supreme Court Justices.

Created by G.G. on July 05, 2013

In this United States of America an obvious flaw exists in our democratic process. While "We the People" are able to elect, with a majority vote, all other representatives of government, the appointees of the Supreme Court of the United States are dictated by the President. These appointments are not necessarily made with the approval or the will of "the People" and are not considered to be a fair and objective representation of the democratic process evident in other areas of government. It is presented here, with the will of the people, that this system is in desperate and immediate need of reconstruction in order to form a more perfect union by which to govern the people.
