Explore the possibility of replacing congress with the actual vote of the people. Use current technology to set it up.

To explore the feasibility of setting up the infrastructure to allow the people to vote on laws instead of Congressmen/women. The Senate can create the laws and the technology (read internet) can allow for registered voters to vote on the actual laws. We can get rid of the congressmen/women and use that money to create and keep up the infrastructure. Current technology can bring to reality the actual purpose behind the quote "We the people" the way our forefathers intended.
