Expose to the citizenry, the provisions of the Trans Pacific Partnership.

Created by R.A. on July 09, 2013

Please bring to light the provisions of the Trans Pacific Partnership BEFORE any agreement is signed in our name. Please allow us to know what all is entailed in this treaty ("agreement" so it doesn't require 2/3 ratification - clever). Please explain to us why this is good for the average citizen.

While we're at it, can we adopt a policy of fair trade to accompany any free trade agreement. For instance, since we don't tolerate slavery in America, no product imported should be made by slave labor (making less than a living wage). If we can't produce something here, or not as cost-effectively due to our pollution regulations, then products manufactured by means of toxic processes shouldn't be allowed to our shores (it's all really one ocean - one atmosphere).
