Expose paid, covert corporate propaganda that creates doubt about climate change, and propose fee-and-dividend for CO2.

Fossil fuel companies spend millions each year to fund propaganda to spread doubt and disinformation about climate change. This propaganda does not reveal its real sources of funding and profit motive, and is not truthful. It is black propaganda. This is an attack on democracy, which relies on a well-informed populace to work properly. It is also an attack on science. Meanwhile, we give these companies tax subsidies! Instead, please propose a fee-and-dividend approach to limit CO2 (avoiding carbon trading on Wall St.). Fees for emissions will be refunded to the taxpayers at 100% to offset rising fuel costs as we transition to clean energy. Once people know the truth, and see that taxpayers will pay the costs for global warming and corporate greed, they will support such a measure.
