Bangladeshi govt has established an international war crime tribunal to punish those who did inhuman dids in 1971 war .But this tribunal is not maintaining international standard. recently the skype conversation of the chief judge of this tribunal with another person outside our country has leaked. Then this tribunal has given death penalty to one of the islamic scholars of bangladesh. Which is totally injustice.
