Expunge Convictions To Non Violent Juvenille Offenders.

The objective of this petition is to give young Americans who have committed NON VIOLENT crimes In the past, able to enjoy the Freedoms enacted by the Constitution as a citizen.
-Americans who has met an unfortunate decision still deserves to enjoy his/her freedoms as an able minded adult.
-Juvenilles have been shown to have short term decision making, poor impulse skills, and vulnerability to peer pressure.
-Non Violent crimes ( regardless of grade, M or F) should be erased from a Juvenille Record. This deters a Juvenille from many Freedoms in life. The ability to get a job, the ability to own a firearm, the ability to take certain schooling ( ex. Pennsylvania State Nursing Board exam ) and to Pursue Happiness. If the penalty has been satisfied, the record should be cleared.
