Expunge low level drug offenses from criminal records to reduce unemployment and strengthen our workforce.

Created by J.J. on October 05, 2011

In the course of the failed effort in the "War on Drugs", we have through our misguided policies created a nation of criminals. In the cities across our nation, thousands of people are unable to gain employment because of a criminal record with low level drug charges. These who are unable to find respectable work in many cases resort to more severe crimes. This forgiveness may be used as incentive for people to work and go to school, whereby proof of employment, e.g. tax return or proof of school enrollment, would be a requirement to expunge their records of low level drug charges.
