We the people propose eliminating prisoner's currently on death row or life sentence inmates. After proper forensic determination of guilt (DNA so on) and a credence of guilt is given these individuals should be executed. Our current tax agenda providing these individuals certain inalienable rights is not proactive enough to deter criminal activity. Forcing the remaining inmate population to work in fields pulling weeds to manufactoring cheap everyday byproducts from plastic silverware to playground equipment. Profits should be given to overhead costs of prison and remaining to the community it surrounds. i.e. schools, domestic violence programs, low income housing upgrades, so on. The stigma prison is a 5-10 year stint needs overhauled. Criminals should fear prison not embrace.
